In fifth place is Bráz Pizzaria, a Brazilian enterprise with more than 10 locations and famous for its large, crunchy pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. They began with a pizzeria in Castel Maggiore in the province of Bologna, and have arrived in London after having opened about ten locations in Rome, Florence, Turin and Milan. It originated in Madrid and now has locations in a variety of Spanish cities.īerberè, owned by the Aloe brothers, has captured fourth place. In third place is Grosso Napoletano, which is considered a landmark for Neapolitan pizza in Spain. In second place is the French Big Mamma Group, born from the love of two French entrepreneurs for Italy: Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydouxe whose chain today boasts numerous outlets in France, Spain, England and Germany.
